Private Branch Exchange (PBX)
The private branch exchange is a full phone switchboard running on the SIP VOIP standard. It supports voice mail boxes, call transfers, interactive voice response menus, etc - everything you would expect. By default the system is configured to be a basic internal phone system. Pre-production time will be required for more complicated setups.
External trunk dialling
External trunks can be setup so that users of the phone system can dial out and be reached by public phone networks. This is heavily reliant on the available network connectivity at the event site and not all internet connections supplied by venues can support this.
Yealink SIP-T41P and SIP-T19P
The T41P and T19P are standard desk phones powered by PoE. The main difference between them is that the T19P supports a single SIP line whilst the T41P supports six. The T19P is suitable for almost all standard deployments.
Yealink W52 DECT Kit
Each W52 kit comprises three W52B base stations and five W52P handsets. Each base station has a range of 50m indoors and 300m outdors (LOS) and the five handsets will roam between them automatically. Please note that the three base / five handset setup is a hard limit of the DECT radios used in these products. Further kits can be added but they will not roam seamlessly and will be a seperate “cell”.
